Terms and Conditions

1. Service Provider

Mgr. Kamila Lukášková, ID: 06031838, registered at Revoluční 562, 250 64 Měšice, Czech Republic. Competent authority pursuant to §71(2) of the Trade Licensing Act: Municipal Office of Brandýs nad Labem.

2. Scope of Services

The provider offers psychotherapy services — individual, couples, and family sessions. Sessions take place in person or online, in Czech or English.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Sessions are booked via email or phone. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is listed on the website in the Pricing section. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer after the session, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during therapy sessions is strictly confidential. The provider is bound by legal confidentiality obligations. Exceptions are situations required by law (e.g., threat to life).

6. Liability

Psychotherapy is not a substitute for medical care. The provider is not liable for decisions the client makes based on the therapeutic process.

7. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to update the terms, with the current version always available on the website.
